WIN a Smartwave & SBS Trailer!

· By buying a ticket using the SMARTWAVE code to enter the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by midnight GMT on 18th February 2024. One winner will be selected at random on and the winner will be notified via email after this date, where they will be given instructions on how to claim the prize.
· The prize is brand-new yellow Smartwave 4200 Centre Console, Suzuki DF 30ATL - Elec start power trim and SBS 750B Custom Trailer. 
· Entrants must be a UK resident and over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
· Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
· Each entrant shall enter the competition by tagging using the discount code 'SMARTWAVE' when buying a BoatLife show ticket.
· The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
· Prizes are non-negotiable and non-refundable but can be transferred.
· The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. We will only keep the information of the winner for the length of time necessary to communicate with them and no data will be shared with a Third Party.
· The winner’s name may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
