Terms & Conditions:
· By buying a ticket using the OUTBOARD code to enter the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by midnight GMT on 31st January 2024. One winner will be selected at random on and the winner will be notified via email after this date, where they will be given instructions on how to claim the prize.
· The prize is Epropulsion Spirit 1.0 Plus (3HP 1kW) Electric Outboard Motor - any shaft length. The retail value can also be used against a purchase of any PD or Navy range solution (worth over £1,800)
· Entrants must be a UK resident and over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
· Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
· Each entrant shall enter the competition by tagging using the discount code 'OUTBOARD' when buying a BoatLife show ticket.
· The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
· Prizes are non-negotiable and non-refundable but can be transferred. The retail value can be used against a purchase of any Pod Drive Motor or Navy Evo range solution (worth over £1,800). It will be sent to the winner by please advise
· The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. We will only keep the information of the winner for the length of time necessary to communicate with them and no data will be shared with a Third Party.
