We are we happy to work either on a supply-only basis, if you are able to arrange fitting yourself, or to carry out your installation from start to finish, from initial enquiry to the completed fitting. Whatever works best for you.

Most of the Sleipner thrusters we supply and fit are tunnel thrusters. With these, you install a GRP tunnel through the bow below the waterline at the optimal point to provide maximum thrust.

It is not always possible to fit a tunnel thruster, however, and it may be necessary to fit an external thruster, or a retractable thruster. This depends on your specific boat.

If you already have a bow thruster fitted and need even more control, we can also supply and fit stern thrusters around Norfolk and the Norfolk broads. We can also help arrange fittings as far away as the Thames estuary.

Stern thrusters use the same motor as a bow thruster, but use special cowls to supply the correct thrust, and we can supply you with the full kit!
