160-year-old family business makes debut at BoatLife
Bushnells Marine Services will be exhibiting for the first time at BoatLife this year. A renowned family business, established in 1860, it will be showcasing its finest vessels, including a new Sheerline 1020 and two sloops from signature brands Maril and Antaris. All three boats will be available for purchase at the event.
Sheerline 1020:
The Sheerline 1020 is a luxurious, handcrafted, 6-berth motor cruiser, the flagship of Sheerline’s aft cockpit range. Particularly suited to inland waterways, it boasts an electrically powered retracting windscreen and a removable canopy. These features make it easily accessible to navigate The Thames above Osney Bridge and also explore smaller rivers on The Broads.
Maril 7 NXT (7.5m):
Combining classic styling with modern amenities, the Maril 7 NXT features a wide and flat underwater hull making it a very stable and comfortable boat. With a lockable head in the bow, this ensures comfort and convenience for all passengers and there's a passage on the transom that leads to the built-in swimming platform handy for swimming, and making it easy to get in and out of the boat.
Antaris Sixty6 (6.6m):
The Antaris Sixty6 exemplifies the contemporary design that is typical of the Antaris brand. Featuring a strong bow and a diagonally inward-sloping transom, the width of the boat also ensures significant stability and ample interior space. With a seating capacity of up to 12 people, this model offers optional extras, including a head.
Bushnell Marine Services MD David Bushnell said “We’re excited to be showing at BoatLife for the first time; we have three fantastic examples of the brands that we sell, and we’re looking forward to presenting them to BoatLife visitors.”
